Overview
This website is operated by Lumielle. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Lumielle. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including the policies they refer to: the Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, all linked in the footer of this site. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
We may update these Terms by posting changes on this page. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
The store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online e-commerce platform we use to sell our products.
1. Using the store
You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. You may not use our products or the site for any unlawful purpose.
2. Products and prices
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colors and the brightness of the glow can look slightly different depending on your screen, lighting and how long the piece has been charged.
Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees and may change without notice. We may limit quantities or decline any order, for example if a product is unavailable or an order appears fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will let you know and return your payment.
3. Orders and payment
We accept Cash on Delivery and prepaid orders. For prepaid orders, we share our bank details with you directly when you contact us. Your order is booked as prepaid once we confirm your payment. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate details for every order, including a reachable mobile number and full delivery address.
4. Delivery and returns
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Refund Policy.
5. Accuracy of information
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but it is provided for general information. We may correct errors or update information at any time.
6. Third-party links and tools
The site may link to, or use tools provided by, third parties. We are not responsible for third-party content or services, and your use of them is at your own discretion.
7. Your submissions
If you send us comments, reviews or other material, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is lawful. We may use, edit or remove such material.
8. Prohibited uses
You may not use the site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, upload malicious code, collect other people's personal information, or interfere with the site's security or operation.
